The site has been going strong now for over a 1.5 years and one of the things that I have noticed is that there isnt anything about who I am. When these sites go up they are anonymous and never a face to go with it. So I figured why not let everyone know who I am and what I do.

My Ice Climbing Accident (march 22nd 2009)
Story:
I decided to solo climb. I was about 50-60ft up and I didnt set my prussik knot and I ended up falling.
I broke both my ankles and then crawled 4hrs on my hands and knees to my jeep only to drive myself 60kms to the hospital.
Surgery on both ankles. Left foot cast for 6 weeks, right foot cast for 3 months. Fractured the left Talus bone and shattered the right Talus bone. 2 Screws and wires per foot.
was back on the ice Dec 29th, 2009 and stoked for the winter 2010/2011 ice climbing season
Here is the video I captured on my headcam.
