The site has been going strong now for over a year and one of the things that I have noticed is that there isnt anything about who I am. When these sites go up they are anonymous and never a face to go with it.  So I figured why not let everyone know who I am and what I do.

UPDATE
March 22nd I was in an ice climbing accident.

Story:
I decided to solo climb. I was about 50-60ft up and I didnt set my prussik knot and I ended up falling.

I broke both my ankles and then crawled 4hrs on my hands and knees to my jeep only to drive myself 60kms to the hospital.

Surgery on both ankles. Left foot cast for 6 weeks, right foot cast for 3 months. Fractured the left Talus bone and shattered the right Talus bone.  2 Screws and wires per foot.

Will I be able to ice climb again? Yep - just no solo climbing.
