cant get redsnow from iclarified.com tutorial..
after i downloaded it and open it.. it only says ""windows cannot open this file""
what do you think is the problem?
and where i can get the ipsw?? in the itunes?? my itouch is already 3.0

when i download/save and open it, it says "windows cannot open file"
what should i do??

I have itouch 2 g 3.1.3 and really want to jailbreak it just I am having a problem with the redsnow program my pc won't recognize the redsnow program don't know what to do? And off topic but will it delete all my apps and music when I jailbreak?
